Araknos provides both APs and Customers with three Certification levels for technical personnel to receive Akab designations.

ACB - Akab Certified Basic

ACA - Akab Certified Advanced

ACM - Akab Certified Master
Each Certification level requires a separate training course and a certification exam which guarantee the technical qualification needed to carry out activities established within the level.

Install, Configure and Check Akab appliances according to provided instructions.

Provide First Level of Troubleshooting/Assistance

Provide technical assistance to ACA and ACM

ACA - Akab Certified Advanced

Install, Configure and Check Akab appliances and complex Akab architectures in coordination with Araknos and the Customer.

Provide Second Level of Troubleshooting/Assistance

Assist ACM technicians and instruct ACB technicians
